Founder
Hi, I’m Kiana Scruggs, founder of Raisin Trophies.
My journey didn’t start with structure, guidance, or consistent support.
As a young person growing up in an inner-city environment, I faced challenges that made it difficult to see beyond my circumstances. Like many youth, I didn’t always have the mentorship or encouragement needed to make the best choices for my future. That lack of support shaped my experiences, but it never defined my potential. Through trial and error, I began to rebuild my path. I learned discipline, emotional control, and developed meaningful skill sets that allowed me to grow into a healthier, more focused, and purpose-driven version of myself. Those lessons weren’t easy, but they were life-changing. Raisin Trophies was created from that transformation. I made a commitment to give back to the youth who remind me of my younger self, the ones who may feel overlooked, misunderstood, or unsupported. My mission is to meet them where they are, remind them of their worth, nurture their talents, and guide them toward positive growth. Every young person deserves someone who sees their potential, even when they can’t yet see it themselves. Through mentorship, recognition, and community-driven support, I aim to help youth build confidence, make empowered decisions, and step into the best version of who they are meant to be. Because I know firsthand, when guidance meets potential, lives can change.
